[new promo mix] Sunshine Memories and Power Future - August 2008

Oh my! This signifies a change! Last time I made a promo was last month. So maybe they will be there monthly instead of quarterly that seemed to be the deal before? Nah, no promises, but the flow of good tracks has been so intense all over the styles so I just had to record a set! Sunshine Memories signifies some of the tracks that truly has inspired me over the summer from club2club times and onwards (in May), and Power Future points to a direction of anthems for the future power work sound tracked by some of the very recent tracks just released - a blend with pure new, and a little older, that is! I am music-o-holic, and it is my work-a-music, but rest assured - I am not a work-a-holic :).

From some ambient-ish progressive/minimal techno in the beginning, sliding over to some housy grooves, building up with some deeper trance drama, blasting off beyond that in some techier trance drive, and a passage with some jazzy trance fusion over to the end in some really peak hour roof tearing melodic uplifting trance anthems! Two hours of joy!

"Don't be a prisoner of your own style", as Armin van Buuren usually says. I agree :). And yes, I will vote for him as #1 this year on DJ Mag top 100 again, for sure!

Hi, addendum;

A download for your mp3 player and computer sound system is now available! It is shared both through esnips (with a download folder) and zippyshare, and since they have a maximum 100MB file size limit, I had to strip it down to a 112 kbps version to fit. Still quality enough for your mp3 player!

If you are a member of the SoundCloud community, currently in private beta, you can download the full 192kbps version, that HQ stream is available through the player at front page here at the community, though :) !
